Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order included a free promotional item, the free item must be returned in its original condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund.

For returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size preference, or any reason not caused by our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual original shipping cost paid by Permastash will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For returns that are not due to our error, the actual original shipping cost paid by Permastash will be deducted from your refund, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item.
If the issue was caused by our error, we will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a return shipping label. Depending on item availability, we may offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Return Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Blind box / mystery figure box items
- Custom products, special orders, or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
